Had my first appointment here. There was no one at the reception desk when I arrived. I stood there like an idiot and everyone in the office behind the desk ignored me. So I finally gave up standing there and sat down in the waiting room. Then someone came in and checked in at a little computer on a side table. Was the waiting area spacious? No, but I can always find a seat Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Did the orthodontist give you a good idea of what the final results would look like? Yes
