I have been doing business with Gateway for almost 20 years. Like many practices I frequently receive offers in the mail, or visits from representatives of large wholesale labs that promise better service at lower prices. The mail offers become food for the shredder while the reps are politely told that I'm satisfied with Gateway. From courtesy on the phone to timeliness of delivery Gateway excels.
