Extremely Unprofessional doctor, Very rude staff, if you need to get any information or any report, they will take ages to provide it. Wait time at least 1.5 hours, Doesn’t take accountability. Unfortunately I had go for a D&C and she said that she has send the chromosome for the lab test, when asked for the results, she was manipulating the things for 1.5 months. And the finally said that there were not enough tissues for the test, didn't even provide me the report. Worst and inhuman doctor.

I had an appointment but I ended up waiting THREE hours to see the doctor, who spent 10 minutes with me. I expressed my concerns to the doctor who barely seemed to listen. I left the office after being told I would be called for the results of my exam. Two weeks passed and still, no call. I reached a nurse after 3 attempts to finally be told my results were abnormal - and they didn't even call to tell me! Also, they seem to have lost my new patient form!!! HOW RIDICULOUS! Management is awful.

Surgeon is fine but her office is fraudulent. After being held at virtual knife point to pay a deposit before surgery(in pre-op), it turns out to be an over payment. NO ONE will return a call from her office. NO ONE will give me copy of my account summary. I have over $1000 in fees that i paid out of pocket that need to be returned to me. She has been paid by insurance, has been since August 2017. I am NOT recommending her of her office, she is the head and knows what is going on. Bad doctor.

Overcharged Twice and her staff refused to reprint receipts or even tell me how much they charged me when my insurance company told me that they had paid for both visits. They repeatedly tried to hide that they were overcharging me and my insurance. There is no way to contact her staff except in person. The phone number just gives you a voicemail that they never check.

I am surprised to see negative review for Dr. Chandrasekhara. I have been seeing her for 8 years. She always takes time and listens to all the questions and concerns that I have. She delivered both of my babies. We moved to frisco, but I still see her for my well womens exams.

Insane wait times for every appointment. She is overbooked. Hardly spent time at the hospital on delivery day. I would not recommend

I think for Dr. Chandrasakar to be the only on-gyn at Irving Healthcare Assiciates she shouldn't have a nurse practioner to assist her and her patients. Calls are never returned promptly. And, her staff has a hard time understanding a patients needs and lack professionalism. I just began seeing Dr. Chandrasakara last year, but I'm in the process of finding someone else to address my care.

I'm surprised to see so many negative reviews for Dr C. She's definitely more busy than when I first started seeing her but she's the first OBGYN I've had who I trust in a very long time. She was the first doctor to take my symptoms seriously and diagnose me with endometriosis after 15 years of being told I was just being a weenie about my problems. She's always been straight with me regardless of weather the news was good or bad and was sure to make sure I understood what everything meant.
