This is the worst doctors office in the world, was a patient here for more than 15 years, arrived early for my appointment as requested, waited over 2 hours and when inquiring when I will be seen was disrespectfully answered to go find another doctor if I didn’t like that I had to wait. Office manager explained “the doctors are triple booked as requested by them, and they see people when they want to see people”. Made an appointment on the phone with a text confirmation, come in the day of and they tell me I'm not on their schedule and the doctors had no other availability for that day. This office is very unorganized, receptionists rush through phone calls and sometimes I'll sit on hold for minutes just to be disconnected. Used to come here to see Dr.Pullano but now since he's left the practice and this instance, I won't be coming back to this office.
