Made an appointment on the phone with a text confirmation, come in the day of and they tell me I'm not on their schedule and the doctors had no other availability for that day. This office is very unorganized, receptionists rush through phone calls and sometimes I'll sit on hold for minutes just to be disconnected. Used to come here to see Dr.Pullano but now since he's left the practice and this instance, I won't be coming back to this office.
The office is very nice and they treat my wife great even though the wait is long , but have to say that making an appointment is always a hassle with the receptionist seems like she never knows what to say or do and says we will call back I mean how does she not know how to schedule an appt. with either doctor every time is the same but the rest of the assistants are great there just this one that I forget her name needs to be more aware and friendlier especially with a pregnant women ...
