Nice people are working there, but the company policy is not customer oriented. Customers must make an appointment to get an oil change. No walk-in allowed. Asked why charge 100 to just get an oil change and rotation, the response was "too bad, you are not in Texas, you are in Tennessee." The service phone line is always busy, and I have to stop by the dealership to make an appointment. Finally, I am so glad that there is another Nissan dealership in Morristown, and they know what the customer wants.

These guys are the absolute best! The whole attitude of the dept, the professionalism, just absolutely outstanding in every way. I'm telling you folks if you got any nissan this is where you need to go. It's about 35 minutes from my house but from now on no one else touches my vehicle. Spencer and the whole team there are just top notch. Hard to find that these days. Other dealers need a lesson from these folks. This is how you take care of customers! Thank you all very much!
