I definitely would not recommend this business to buying a home. they only care about meeting their quota, I was sold a home some years ago and it turned out the whole bottom of the house was rotten in the whole house. all the joists were also rotten along the whole bottom of the house. all the problems was covered up by new carpet and used levelers putty for a repatch job for the sale. I still have the 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms and hallways to do, even the inspector passed it to make the sale, also I would not recommen... read more
The realtor Laurie Kerns sold my brother a rotten house just so she could get that money. I would not recommend her to anyone.
