Mary Mckernan at Gateway Mortgage did an awesome job for me. Kept me well informed. I will definitely refer her to my family and friends.
They cause nothing but headaches. They can't provide information when needed, the 1800 number will not verify me. They refuse to service my loan in accordance with federal regulations. Some Paul guy that is another loan officer was swearing at me then hung up. The most unprofessional bank I have ever had to deal with. Use someone else.
In the beginning everything was great. Chris helped me through the home buying process and worked with my realtor to make it a smooth easy transfer. I haven't had to think much about paying my mortgage for almost 6 years. Recently gateway sold my loan and the new company will not honor the same payment plan to auto withdrawal every other week when I get paid.
