My partner and I am supposed to be buying a home brokered for the seller through these people. One that required us to pay 1500 for electrical repairs before it was even saleable, and we paid it since it was supposed to be a "short sale". Worst experience. 120 days waste of time.agent doesn't respond. Then lies about what is going on. Don't waste your time.vm said we didn't qualify after 4 months then went to a bank got a 200.000 loan.
