As a first time home buyers, you can never be truly prepared and 100% percent knowledgeable, with that being said I was introduced to Mike Hyland whom seems like he's there to help you but in all factual he's there.to get you the loan on top of the most money for him! As I'm learning what contracts I've signed..I'm stuck with a 73% interest loan that's IMPOSSIBLE to pay off! But they don't explain that to you and your just excited to be buying your first home!
