As a first time home buyers, you can never be truly prepared and 100% percent knowledgeable, with that being said I was introduced to Mike Hyland whom seems like he's there to help you but in all factual he's there.to get you the loan on top of the most money for him! As I'm learning what contracts I've signed..I'm stuck with a 73% interest loan that's IMPOSSIBLE to pay off! But they don't explain that to you and your just excited to be buying your first home! Gateway is my mrtg provider and has not paid my homeowners insurance and cannot figure out how to pay Geico. I have been on the phone with their insurance team for 6 hours this week, and Geico still has not received payment and will cancel my policy. Avoid at all costs.
