Extremely poor communication. Dana “loan officer” on many attempts sent us straight to voicemail. I have many text saying “I’ll give you a call back”. Well that simply wasn’t the case. she also made many claims before knowing the facts about the VA lending guidelines. Honestly we feel scammed. Even if your clients aren’t ready to purchase a home this year, you would think they would still be professional and communicate. Max and his team were responsive and quick. I contacted them and they helped me close in 2 weeks. They are fantastic!
We just bought a house through Gateway with Nikki Eason and she was wonderful! She was always there to help when we had a question and to explain everything to us. When we went to close she came with us for support and made us a very nice binder with all our paperwork for the house in it.
