Management said they were going to fix pot holes on streets haven't done nothing. They complain about residents not cutting grass the maintenance guy can't even keep grass around the office & entrance to property looking nice . To many unattended kids riding bikes on streets
Very rude and unprofessional management. They are low on funds due to everyone moving out since new management took over. Lot rent is $500 a month with water and trash fee. But they will also give you a fee for having toddler toys in your fenced in yard or a single box beside your trash can even though they don’t provide a dumpster or pick up. Absolutely awful.
