Full of horrible nosy people. Roads and yards flood easy after moderate rains. Pool broke down for half a year last year. Clubhouse locked at 6pm. Management in California raises the lot rent every single year. Did I mention you own the expensive mobile home but not the land? Also most all the homes have subterranean termites so tenting a home does no good as they come back a year later from deep underground.
The new Park Manager is horrible! She lies to the Residents and harrasses anyone who complains to the owners. If you try to sell your home by owner she goes out of her way to run off buyers. She removes the sales flyers from our community bulletin board. She runs off buyers with incorrect information. The new park manager is one of the worst managers I have seen in my 40 years in business!
A nice place close to everything such as interstate and bus transportation. You can walk to local shopping center and be aware that sidewalks are not in some places. It is a plus to have a car.
THIS PLACE IS SET IN A PARK LIKE SETTING WITH TREES, HILLS, GREEN GRASSY LAWNS. IT OFFERS ALOT OF AMENITIES, AND SEVERAL ACTIVITIES. POKER, BINGO, POOL, SHUFFLEBOARD, POOL ETC. THE CLUBHOUSE IS BRAND NEW AND THEY EVEN HAVE A LIBRARY AND COMPUTERS. FOR THE OVER 50 BUNCH THIS PLACE IS LIKE LIVING IN HEAVEN.
