Full of horrible nosy people. Roads and yards flood easy after moderate rains. Pool broke down for half a year last year. Clubhouse locked at 6pm. Management in California raises the lot rent every single year. Did I mention you own the expensive mobile home but not the land? Also most all the homes have subterranean termites so tenting a home does no good as they come back a year later from deep underground.
A nice place close to everything such as interstate and bus transportation. You can walk to local shopping center and be aware that sidewalks are not in some places. It is a plus to have a car.
