In a word. Terrible. Service department doesn’t answer phone nor return messages. No one seems to be answer a question, they don’t know whose job it is. Confusion reigns supreme from sales through to service. Find another dealer…anywhere.
Update March 2025; We came back and bought a FORD Ranger from Tom as a replacement for one of our older Triton utes. Great deal on a great blue ute, BUT we would have liked a tray back rather than the tub. Such is life you don't always get everything you want. Too hard to walk away from a great deal from a top team. Back in late 2024 =>> Tom, thankyou.
