Purchased a new Mitsubishi triton from Gateway Mitsubishi about 6 weeks ago and the first person I talked to was Phoenix and he helped me from start to finish and was so easy to deal with and very helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend friends or family to deal with phoenix and he would definitely be my first choice to see if I’m after another vehicle
Like other reviewers, I highly recommend you go elsewhere for a service. We had to bring in our car in two separate occasions for an entire day and they still failed to do a simple fix that another place did in two hours. Even two staff members told us they want to quit! Terrible atmosphere, morale, everything. We’ve found Albion Park Mitsubishi to be so competent and efficient. Worth the 20 minute extra drive!
