I have a mitsubishi ASX that I recently had a small issue with. I spoke with Ambrose from the service department on the phone. he was very helpful and very knowledgeable on the issue that I was having. he Immediately booked me in. he told me that it wouldn’t take long for the inspection. In a word. Terrible. Service department doesn’t answer phone nor return messages. No one seems to be answer a question, they don’t know whose job it is. Confusion reigns supreme from sales through to service. Find another dealer…anywhere.
