Frustrating. Pounded my way through traffic to get here. Arrived at 3:50. Don’t realize that walk ins not allowed after 3:30. Appt only from 3:30 to 4:30. On arrival not a soul here. I have a card since all my info is in system already. I should not have done that and just kept my lab form and go to the clinic on Bevan instead but they won’t take the card once the lab req is in their system. Ugh. Good experience with the first workers, both at the front desk, and the person who did the blood draw. However, when I called a few days later to ask a question, another front desk person hung up on me. When I called back, she blamed it on "having problems with the system." Yeah, right. How about you were just unprofessional!
