I recently visited Gateway Clinic and had a great experience. The doctor was very patient and knowledgeable. He listened to me very carefully and guided me really well through my condition. It was walk-in and i just waited 2-3 minutes and he took me inside for checkup Honestly, I don’t think anyone else could have explained things and handled it better. Really grateful for the care, advice and support I received from him.

Some staff are very rude and unprofessional. The person checking blood pressure is highly unprofessional, putting the cuff either too high/low on the arm, on top of clothing (in what world would this be accurate?), or using the wrong size. They then talk rudely when confronted about it. Only once, there was a different person checking, and she did a fantastic job. The 'regular' person needs proper re-training and re-education.

Front desk is very rude. The behaviour is not acceptable and this is how the service which we are getting for Citizens. Without our concern the lady said family doctor got changed and if i ask how she says no idea. What well professional response. Dr. Bindu Gupta has to look these concerns immediately else the reputation and trust will be lost.
