The receptionist is very rude, she constantly interrupts, puts you on hold in the middle of your conversation, and will not hesitate to point out that if you are 5 min late they will cancel your appointment and charge you $30.
Dr Bindu Gupta is very polite and listen to her patients very carefully. My family and I are with her treatment for a long time. She also prescribe medications when required. Thanks
