I started out liking this doctors office, but the last two months have been awful. My appointment in September got canceled, rescheduled for October. My October appointment got canceled, rescheduled for November. I told them I only had enough medication to make it to the October appointment. No problem, contact us for a refill. I have contacted three times now. My pharmacy has contacted them twice. Still no refill and I have 3 pills left. Dr. Stretton is great, but getting through to anyone is a nightmare. We've been waiting on a form my mom needs filled out for 2 weeks. She's scheduled to move into the memory unit (Alzheimer's) at her senior living residence tomorrow, but can't move in without this form filled. We've faxed the form 3 or 4 times, have left messages - nothing. Crickets. Now we're unable to move her in tomorrow because we don't have the form completed. Very nice service and very professional
The front desk staff at PentaHealth are incredibly rude, both over the phone and in person. I’ve never experienced such poor treatment at a medical office before. This is why I am definitely leaving PentaHealth.
