My family has been coming to this office for years, and I have been under the care of Dr. Jane Sunoo since I was 18–19 years old. I have generally received adequate care; however, the wait times for appointments are becoming unacceptable. I typically have to wait a minimum of 45min to be seen While I understand delays can happen, this has become a recurring issue and is frustrating, particularly when patients are expected to be punctual for appointments while extended delays have become routine.
I had a wonderful experience at this doctor’s office. The entire staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cared for. A special shoutout to the office manager Georgiana who was absolutely amazing, professional, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout my visit. It is rare to come across a team that is this attentive and compassionate. They truly deserve recognition for the work they do. This was my first patient visit and I couldn't be happier. The front desk staff was very accommodating when I arrived late due to a location mix-up. I really appreciate that (sorry again). In addition, Dr. Ausaf made me feel very welcome and well taken care of. Looking forward to my next visit!
