I went to get an annual check up as a new patient. At first they sent me a bill without billing my insurance even though I signed the consent paper to bill the insurance. So I had to call them to fix the problem. Then about two weeks later I found out my insurance cannot pay the claim in full amount because UPMC billing dept is refusing to submit claim with preventive care billing code. My first time at the location but my second appt. I had spoke to a qualified medical employee the first time thru telehealth. And received meds that I had not had since Jan of this year. So she was helpful, I was then informed that Dr. Moon was no longer available to be my pcp so I was linked with Dr. MITAL because I preferred a female Dr. I went to see her this past Tuesday the 16th and she was not very welcoming, engaging, or professional.
