Gateway Lofts are nice, comfortable apartments, well designed and maintained, it is also very close to the UK campus, in a walking distance to the medical college and facilities. Enjoying staying here. Megan was very professional and helpful. Cons: parking is not included in the rent, it is not readily available for residents, and it's overpriced. I wish the rent and parking would be more affordable.
