The garbage service is completely useless. I'm paying for garbage collection and they still don't pick it up. They leave a note on my door saying the bag is too big when it's neither big nor heavy. It seems like they put a child in charge who can't carry a garbage bag, or what's going on? This has happened many times, and apparently I'm not the only one with this problem. People are even having to leave their own garbage out, even though they're paying for the service, and it's just piling up at the entrance because of this ... read more
Pros: Front office staff and maintenance staff are super nice. Great location next to the quarry trails. Pool is very nice and well kept. Price is reasonable for what you get. Cons: Overall cleanliness of this location is lacking. Constant spills and trash in the hallway. Sticky elevators and messy common areas. Trash area has been overflowing into the parking lot on occasions (picture attached). The amount of dog waste in the grass surrounding the building is ridiculous. This is an amazing place to live! Wish my wife worked here so she could provide first hand accounts of what it's like to be in this environment! Our staff is all 10/10. The property is gorgeous. Gym. Pool. Clubhouse. And that's just the first floor! (Mic Perkins) I'd love to work here! Lol
Gateway Lofts always hosts the most unique and fun events for residents! It’s a great community to live in:)
