I have loved living here. Great amenities and quiet. Maintenance is super responsive. Would have 5 stars if they were more accommodating with their residents and leasing terms. I am moving out of the city and wanted to end my lease a month early. I was told they don’t accommodate this and I’d have to pay 2 months rent for ending the lease a month earlier than expected. I have lived here for 4 years. It was GREAT when we first moved here. Things have drastically changed through out that time. They recently changed management and we got billed double our rent. This has never happened before, we have tried contacting the office management but they have been unresponsive. The cleanliness surrounding the apartment is disgusting. Please proceed with caution when applying here. I signed a lease for a unit based on what was advertised online and even had my attorney review it to ensure everything matched. The day before move-in, I was informed that my unit was actually an ADA unit with lower countertops and an unmounted microwave, which was not the floor plan I signed for. The garbage service is completely useless. I'm paying for garbage collection and they still don't pick it up. They leave a note on my door saying the bag is too big when it's neither big nor heavy. It seems like they put a child in charge who can't carry a garbage bag, or what's going on? This has happened many times, and apparently I'm not the only one with this problem. People are even having to leave their own garbage out, even though they're paying for the service, and it's just piling up at the entrance because of this ... read more
