Jalen was extremely knowledgeable and thorough throughout the tour, he really helped me understand first time move in costs without pulling teeth and as a first time apartment hunter i was very pleased with the level and quality of understanding!
When I first moved in I loved everything about this place and the staff was amazing and always helpful even how timely maintenance was when my ac went out a couple times the first year. Sadly tho since this new management company took over I have had problem after problem. First off not being able to pay my rent in February for 2 weeks because every time I asked how I can pay I was never given an actual answer. I have loved living here. Great amenities and quiet. Maintenance is super responsive. Would have 5 stars if they were more accommodating with their residents and leasing terms. I am moving out of the city and wanted to end my lease a month early. I was told they don’t accommodate this and I’d have to pay 2 months rent for ending the lease a month earlier than expected. I totally understand that was the policy I signed for, but the extra flexibility I have received from other apartments in the past with moving has gone the ex... read more

I have lived here for 4 years. It was GREAT when we first moved here. Things have drastically changed through out that time. They recently changed management and we got billed double our rent. This has never happened before, we have tried contacting the office management but they have been unresponsive. The cleanliness surrounding the apartment is disgusting. There is dog poop everywhere and dog pee immediately right outside the door to leave. Half the time the coffee machine is broken, the last time I tried to use it only w... read more
