My experience in this place was horrible as a student from a college doing clinical there the care aides think there all that but in reality they think there better then the students who walk in there we get grilled about what school were in and it's not even a school we aren't getting the prov training to do clinical herein my eyes the residents aren't being treated very well and when im there taking care of them as a student im doing a better job then the ones who are actual care aides there is no person centred care in th... read more
Not a place I would ever send a loved one. What a heart breaking quality of life these folks have for an absolutely extortionate cost. Under staffed to high hell. The place is a liability and risk to not only the residents, but the staffing too. Management literally spends it time standing in the way of it's staff in supporting workers

All these new Care Aids have made the experience much better. The older staff should really take note, and rediscover the joy in their job. It may be your jobs, but it's our loved ones. We just want them to know they still matter and aren't out burden.
