My kitchen was done a few years ago Nightmare. Thankfully the install guy advised me I was being screwed. So many things were wrong. The covers were so small they offered to buy me new dishes. The whole situation was insane. Luckily, I was able to get them all back onto the truck when the owner called me and threatened to sue me. It was a real nightmare negligent incompetence zero accountability just not a nice person.
Borderline incompetent project management. I'm going to ignore the part where they overcharge and then have the gall to suggest your project is too small to be a priority for them. I'll also ignore the part where (after accepting payment) they lie and say they will order all the parts before beginning demolition. I will point out that it took them **6 months** to complete my 5 X 9 bathroom. Which they knew was the only full bathroom in my home. I would love to give more than 5 stars. Words cannot even begin to describe our incredible experience with the staff and product from Gateway Cabinets! From the start, we knew we were in good hands as Bela was absolutely incredible, patient and understanding. We could not have asked for a better team start to finish - from the design team, scheduling department, our project coordinator, our installer and everyone else involved! Attention to detail?
