Very disappointed that my service rep required me to handle contacting the tire insurance provider for reimbursement. When I purchased my car from Kia, I was highly encouraged to buy tire/wheel insurance for ease of convenience and cost savings. I have used this insurance for my car previously without an issue but this time around the service rep said he had trouble uploading pictures and that I would need to do that.
