Mary and the KIA Gateway team were excellent from start to finish with the purchase of our new KIA Carnival. Seamless process with proactive comms along the way. Also oversaw our trade-in and lease agreement for new vehicle. Highly recommend Mary whose warmth and kindness was the icing on the cake!
