Had a fantastic experience purchasing a Sportage at Kia Gateway with Matt, Raff and Andy! They were all so professional, efficient and helpful - couldn’t fault them, from the test drive to the purchase to the finance. Highly recommend!
Worst experience ever third class mechanics. Now its been 4 months my car is standing in kia wollongong but no outcome. They fixed and gave my car to me today but that does not even last for 1 hour and now again my car broke down. Please refund my money as the car is not at all road worthy. And the irony is they issued me a pink slip today only. Such a shame on the big brand worst experience.
I had a very disappointing/frustrating experience with Gateway Service Kia Fairy Meadow. I booked my car in for diagnostic testing and was told they would need it for two days. After those two days, I was informed they still hadn't diagnosed the issue and needed to keep the car for an additional day. If I could give -1 or -5 I would. I love my kia but bringing it here to get serviced makes me regret buying my car. (My thinking behind this because new car warranty etc, should anything go wrong it’s all been done by Kia) 12 months on since my last service and the service side is still a mess. Whilst the service seemed okay. I booked here twice on two different occassion for two different cars with a request for a loan car. Both times, they seem to have nothing available because they claim that their online booking is not working properly. Nobody called me or said anything. 2nd time i was given a loan car but got charged $45 for 7hrs of having it. I needed to go somewhere so i didnt care.
