Closing forever? GOOD. Requested service on my watch; received a call 7 weeks later saying it was done. Found out they didn't bother doing the work and left a nasty finger print on the inside crystal. Another watch with simular work to be done; greasy finger smudge and dust between the dial and crystal. They must touch their face and eat lunch over all the work, only if they felt like it.

My husband brought his necklace in June to have the clasp fixed ( pretty straight forward ) we were informed it would take 2 weeks. After 3 weeks we went to pick it up and were told that he had a heart attack and the necklace would be sent out to get fixed in the next couple days. Went in a month and a half later to pick it up as we were told it would take 3 weeks. They said that they could not find it . Worst customer service. Went in to buy a watch strap, she's asked me if I have the watch with me, I said no, but I don't need it to purchase a strap. She refused to even let me look at them, said she won't sell me anything without the watch. Not my first time with going to the store, all my interactions have been the same, will be my last time going in.
