My dr said This location does not do their own pre-authorizations. After my appointment being scheduled for almost a full week insurance denied my MRI and this Place canceled my appointment and did not call me and telling me until I was sitting in their waiting room for 15 minutes. I have not always had bad service here they were excellent a year and a half ago so maybe it was a one time thing.
This place does not do their own pre-authorizations. Which is ridiculous considering they are the one making money off of it. After my appointment being scheduled for almost a full week insurance denied my MRI and this Place canceled my appointment and did not even bother calling me and telling me until I was sitting in their waiting room for 15 minutes. I was informed that it was very difficult to work with them but I did not realize it of course until this incident.
Great place and staff! Affordable and fair!
