Sherri at reception was unbelievable her service was 10/10 she was really helpful and bubbly and helped me with a. Couple of questions I had
The hotel was very good and relaxing. We had a very good view of devonport. Short walk to get food.
I have stayed at Nightelier various occasions from 2024 - 2026. Staff are very polite and courteous. Rooms are dilapidated and in poor state of maintenance. My last stay included a bed that had collapsed (confirmed by Gateway staff the following day), and fridge not working. (photo doesn't do it justice, the mattress was falling through the bedframe) I would not recommend Gateway, and would not stay there again. Many other better options in Devonport.
Stayed for 2 nights. Very clean hotel, nice rooms and helpful staff. Would recommend to anybody visiting Devonport. The hotel is easily accessible as well, with lots of parking.
