Stayed for 2 nights. Very clean hotel, nice rooms and helpful staff. Would recommend to anybody visiting Devonport. The hotel is easily accessible as well, with lots of parking.
Room was ok, bed was a bit soft for my liking (tended to roll to centre) room has all the basic plus a nespresso machine.
Karon behind the bar was absolutely brilliant! From the moment we arrived, she was friendly, welcoming and just genuinely lovely to deal with. She took the time to tell us about the special promotions available and was so knowledgeable and informative without ever being pushy. Polite, helpful and always with a smile — you can genuinely tell she enjoys her job, and that makes such a difference. It’s people like Karon who turn a good experience into a great one.
