Nothing but problems since we moved in - 4 years ago. Very poor workmanship in my opinion. Our 4 year old townhome building has already suffered Major Structural Damage. Gateway provides a 10-year structural warranty, however it is only if you home is "inhabitable" according to the warranty company. An end unit in our building actually started sliding down the hill by a retention pond, and pulled our unit down with it.
