I was with them for about 18 months. The nurses are wonderful. Really great people. The Doctors not so much. In my opinion, they are VERY slow to respond. Further,in my opinion, they truly don't seem to care enough to take care of a patients needs. I had one that NEVER got a single item correct about me. I had gall stones and had my gall bladder removed. He said " I see you had kidney stones". He also arranged to have a tread mill stress test.....I can't stand or walk. I had a very positive experience with this home health company. The staff was professional, compassionate, and attentive to my needs. The nurse took the time to perform a thorough assessment, explain everything clearly, and ensure I felt comfortable and safe at home. Communication was excellent, and any questions or concerns were addressed promptly. I truly appreciated the quality of care and would recommend this agency to anyone in need of home health services.
