I will start by saying Dr Welsh is an amazing doctor. Very caring and friendly as well as the other Drs and nurses at this location. However, the girls at reception are very dismissive, rude and need a lesson in social etiquette and compassion when answering phones and dealing with patients. I understand when you answer the phones there may be a difficult or frustrated patient on the other end, but you do NOT know what they are going through. Have always found staff to be kind and compassionate. Doctors try to stick to their schedules but sometimes they are called to take extra time with a patient. I understand that. It’s what they are also called to do. Patients need patience.

As life changes and extra challenges come your way, I am thankful to have Dr. Welsh as a physician. He really puts in the time and effort for his patients, and to set goals in a realistic timeframe.

I had there today for blood work, had to wait really long almost 45 minutes before attending by front desk staff she was no nothing her duties. She forgot her pasward took long to fix after shutdown her pc, i ferl like she dont evean have basic computer softer or hardware knowledge. Water our time alot. But after ssking me irrelevant questions wasting my time . I feel she try to mean with me som taunting comments. After she returns my card and did not say anything like go to other room or next step.
