A very disrespectful company. They over work their best employees only to find any reason to fire them. Yet the employees who sit around all day get promoted and their customer care IS HORRIBLE. Almost all the nurses who actually cared about their members have been forced out leaving nurses who don't care. All I can say is if your place if employment uses gateway health for there insurance, find a new job!
