**Don't take your bike here for repairs!** **The service dep't. won't call you back!** Had mine for 3 months, charged me @ $500 for an estimate! I must have called 35 times to get in touch with anyone. Then, they finally said they couldn't find any parts to fix it! Charged be an additional $50 to trailer it back home. Zero customer service! The only time they called me back is when they wanted to sell me a new bike. Awful experience. Horrible service. I wouldn't go back there if they were giving away free leather jackets!
Great store friendly staff
Amazing new collaboration with such a cool staff and such a fun shop as well. Anthony and tom the GM were awesome plus the whole experience was kick ass. I especially enjoyed the Harley Davidson robe I tried on and I looked like the unibomber which is now my new nickname at St. Louis Harley 🤣 Also Theresa was checking out my butt but that’s ok lol She’s so fun and Angela in service is an actual angel, Monty is a boss who may be in the wwf lol Bill double in finance is real just a wise cool smart cat that I really enjoyed hi... read more
