Friendly atmosphere knowledgeable staff
Friendly helpful staff, loved picking up new Harley merch, and got to look at all the new hogs which is always a fin time. Got some shirts, enjoyed time there spent with family.
Was excited to buy a '22 Roadglide that had been previously owned by one of their employees and Doc's, at the time, installed all engine upgrades. Well, that bike didn't last an oil change. Engine blew from regular riding while I was out of town. It was a complete disaster. They didn't want to work with me much at all because I didn't buy the expensive extended warrant that raised my payment almost $175/month. I honestly HATE this place with the new owners. Everyone is rude an has no idea how to work in a bike shop. I show up yesterday to get some parts (last time as well they let go of some of the best people thats been there for years) some girl was laying on the front desk......yea LAYIN feet an all on the desk i walked right back out.
