Went 6/12/2025 to buy a used street glide, I met with Jeff the "salesman" and had an absolutely horrible experience. Went in 6/13/2025 Dyna Mike, who is the classic Harley salesman and the exact reason I go to Harley dealers, and the sales manager may have saved the deal. I’m being contacted by Open Road Harley-Davidson about a motorcycle I purchased from Gateway Harley-Davidson. I’m not sure how these two dealerships are connected, but the person reaching out is the same sales manager I originally dealt with. He identified himself as Rob Walters and made it a point to mention he’s 6’3” and 300 pounds—details I wouldn’t know unless he told me himself, which he did in a clearly intimidating way. Went to pick up parts,had to I order both.Was greeted coming in by several people on my way to parts counter.Angela handle my questions and made me feel as part of the family.Pleased with the shop atmosphere in the new store as well as the help.Left satisfied.
