As a client, I did not feel welcomed in this environment. The nurse manager was rude and did not treat people with kindness or respect. I also noticed that she spoke negatively about other employees to others, which felt very unprofessional. When leadership behaves this way, it creates an uncomfortable atmosphere for both staff and clients. A healthcare setting should feel supportive and respectful, but unfortunately that was not my experience here.
Was there for Lil over 30 days and had great staff and also very good listening and just all round good community...
Can't believe this place is still open. Had the worst experience of my life there. This doesn't prepare you for anything to stay sober or survive in the environment that caused you to be there in the first place.
Good place to seek help for treatment they have helped several people I know
