I had a family member I sent here. He was doing pretty well, he really likes the place. The plan was after rehab he would be sent to sober living. For most of this stay, especially the last two weeks he was switched counselors. The original counselor he had apparently didn't do tell the new counselor the plan. They did absolutely nothing to help my family member find sober living. They told him they had found him a place. So when they day came and he completed treatment guess what ? Zero stars gateway is so unprofessional. Another client punched me in the head so hard it gave me a concussion and stay literally locked themselves in the office and never came to see if I was ok and. Didn’t try to stop her from hurting me more. If a girl there wasn’t able to hold her back from hitting me more I believe she would’ve done permanent damage to my brain. Great experience and staff. The only thing I had a problem with was using the phone. We were allowed to use our cell phones 2 times per week for half an hour each time. Other than that it was a great facility and beautiful area. You won't be disappointed.
