In relativity to other substance abuse rehabilitation facilities in Chicagoland, Gateway Villa Park actually deserves 5+ stars, especially due to their medical staff from CNAs to nurses to LPNs to doctors who almost all do the job they're there to do which is restore your health the best they can in the short time you're there and treat you kindly with dignity while doing it and make the horrors of drug and alcohol withdrawal as least horrid as possible (and the thus making the subsequent possibility of recovery within reach... read more

It’s an okay place not what I thought it would be specially when I had emergencies and needed to use the phone because of bill payments or other situations there rules where not taken well in that situation , you would need ur counselors approval and if they were not present for the day you are screwed with your problem . This place is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! They saved my lyfe for sure and are currently saving my girlfriends lyfe. I can not say enough good things about this place and trust me if it was wack I'd put them on blast. First the nursing staff is more then amazing. I went there to detox from the typical West Side of Chicago herion-fetinol-xylazine-morphine bullshit and knew I was in for a rough couple weeks.
