The zoom group i was placed in requires the simplest mind. Vent and get better. I cannot recover while listening to other people's problems, let alone glorifying my own. There is no structure and no facilitator lead activities besides reading a copy pasted article about recognizing negative mental health attributes. Nothing is about recovery, just focusing on the bad.
I went to gateway rehabilitation and the food was good. But the best part of my experience was my counselor. Virginia Garcia was absolutely fabulous. She went above and beyond her duty for me. She made me feel at ease and answered all my questions. She is lovely and kind. Ty Virginia.
