Brennan was awesome and very knowledgeable!
We had Gateway Flooring refinish our hardwood floors in May 2022. They were excellent to work with. Reasonably priced, responsive, and Andy worked with me to find the right color combination to use on my red oak hardwood, so they wouldn’t look pink. I would use this company again.
People are great, product selection is good... it's their return policies that suck.... sometimes product is bought and installation times run longer than expected.... just hope that you don't have to return anything after 90 days.... you will be out of luck.
