I lived at Gateway Flats in Manhattan Harbour until April and my time there was truly wonderful. My apartment had a river view balcony that made every day feel special. The rooftop patio with grill and tables was perfect for relaxing or hosting friends, and the fitness center was always clean and convenient. Showed up for a scheduled tour. No one was there. Also couldn’t reach anyone via email or phone numbers posted.

Me and my fiancé went to go tour this apartment, and it was underwhelming. The apartments are built like dorm rooms and they are dark and the guy at the front desk was not personable at all. It was actually like he sort of didn’t want us to be there. He showed us the apartment and then showed us the door. Didn’t show us any amenities or try to get a better understanding of what we wanted. Try somewhere nicer.
