I have lived here since May and would not recommend it for my worst enemy let alone a friend. My upstairs neighbor makes constant loud banging noises at all hours of the day and night and management has done nothing. If you want to enjoy being in your home, work from home, or hope to sleep in a place you pay for I would recommend going elsewhere.
Property manager will try to leverage your security deposit for a review and the ghost you afterwards. Still haven’t received my deposit. And he is no longer responding to me. It’s been over a month since my deposit has been allegedly sent to me and Sean has completely ghosted me. Now I have to take this to small claims court to get my money back. Wouldn’t advise living here simply because the staff is distrustful and unethical.
