Wonderful, welcoming, and professional staff!! My first visit, and everyone I interacted with was so kind and helpful! If I ever have the need, I absolutely will visit them again!
This place is absolutley awesome. I love it. Provider Shawn is so good. I had lipoma removed and sutures put in. She was so gentle. I would highly recommend this place
The staff are very kind. I feel much more comfortable here than in most medical offices. They take time to listen to you and actually hear your concerns. In a world where you have only 10 minutes with a doctor who has to follow the script given by their CEO, Gateway is a very refreshing change. I hadn't had a physical in 3 years because...you know...why bother in our corrupt medical industry. I decided to go to Gateway for a physical and received some excellent advice tailored for my needs.
Have been here a couple times, female Dr not sure of name has a way of making you feel like she doesn't "care" at all..get you in and out with the most broad diagnosis. Had to take my child in today, didn't want to go here but it's closest to my home..what do you know that same Dr met us at the window with a "Yeah I wish I could remember what it's called but I would go somewhere else for that...yeah not trying to scare you but..." What?? Won't be back.
I want there for the fist time and it was very welcoming. I will be going back for sure. The staff is great. If you haven't been there give them a try and I hope you feel the way I did on my first visit.
