We participate with a variety of insurances and have affordable options for those without insurance. Walk-ins are welcome. In addition to primary and urgent care we offer TB testing, pre-employment and sports physicals, COVID 19/Strep/RSV/Influenza testing, and seasonal flu vaccines.

So far I have only had one appointment but wish I would have found these people a long time ago it's the best experience I have ever had going to the Dr
Man, what do i even say.... this place is HANDS DOWN the BEST urgent care in midland by a LONNNNNNNNNG SHOT they actually listen and explain and talk about potential issues and medication they are very thorough and understanding. I never once felt like there was an ulterior motive or like they were hurrying me up to cash in on the insurance like 99.9% of all medical buildings in this city. All the staff is terrific and very caring. I definitely recommend going there if you need to go to urgent care.
Everyone here is great!!! Shawn Bunch is who I usually see and she's very kind and empathetic and I like her a lot. I also saw Char Dengler one time and she's very nice and knowledgeable. But my absolute favorite person at Gateway is Kenzie! She goes out of her way, above and beyond, wrangling with insurance companies, to make sure we get help and I can't say enough nice things about her.
