Subject: Poor Customer Service Experience I would like to share my recent experience at this Gateway Optical, which was very disappointing. This past Friday, I was traveling from North Texas for my appointment. On the way, I called the office to inform them that I was stuck in traffic but would arrive within 10 minutes. Gateway Eye Center was perfect. I was very concerned about my vision but they assured me everything would be okay. The office is close to home and it is such a pretty facility. I picked up my glasses today and I am so pleased with the service they provided.
