Walked in to attempt to see MRG exams and the executive assistant was very rude. Was not seated when I arrived and in my attempt to locate the suite where my appointment was, instead of Melony Mathews being helpful, she immediately became rude and unhelpful. Wouldn't answer our questions and disregarded us. Will be updating the VA and Optum Serve both as well.
Everyone was very nice and so helpful!
