Service was great. Easy to get an appointment. I would let Dr. West work on me anytime.
Dr Hardeman and his staff were excellent—friendly, professional, and efficient from start to finish. He took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made me feel completely at ease. The office runs smoothly, and the level of care was outstanding. I highly recommend this practice!
This office is responsive, well run and efficient. The most recent tube in my ear fell out, and symptoms returned within days. Dr Hardeman and his PA Stacy worked me in the next week. Tube replaced during that same visit and the thing is draining.
