Professional and Comprehensive. Very attentive.
The technician conducting my hearing test was professional and explained the results in a meaningful way. I then met with the doctor who spent time answering all my questions and concerns. And the appointments were on time!

If I could give zero stars I would. I did not like the doctor at all. He was very rude and unconcerned of a serious condition I’ve had for several years. I was not happy from the beginning when I was told I had to pay for a hearing test that I did not need just to see the doctor for a simple opinion or recommendation of next steps. Once the doctor met with me and the test proved I had no hearing issue or fluid in my ear the doctor asked me if he could CUT MY EARDRUM!!!.
