Went there just a few days ago for a problem involving cough, congestion, nausea, and body aches. Gave me Zophran for the nausea and sent me home. I went to another hospital, and they told me I have bronchitis and a sinus infection. I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone.
Care has been wonderful. Seems to overbook quite a bit. But, I think she gives superior care to her patients! Dr. Ambreen was concerned enough about my health that she even called me at home on a weekend to follow up. That sort of thing is rare these days....and much appreciated! People just want to feel like they are more than just a number in the system.
Dr Repinecz did an in grown toe procedure for me several years ago. He was very professional and calmed my fear of pain. He did a great job and it has never returned. Two family members and a few friends have used him and are very pleased. I will use him again.
This is the most professional medical staff I have ever encountered. It is never any fun to get a colonoscopy, but the beautiful nurses were superb, and Doctor Su has one of the best bedside manners Ive ever encountered. I was in and out within an hour! Everyone there is awesome! I will recommend Gateway to everyone, and will return for future tests there. Wow, what a facility. Nothing to this proceedure, the poopy day before is far worse when youre at home living on the toilet. AAAAA+++++ rating for me!Thanks guys!
Unprofesional staff, constantly overbooking patients, the doctor was in such a hurry, I had to wait 1 hour and 45 min. even though I had an appointment.I am not going back again.
Be careful with these doctors and these clinics. They use a bait and switch tactic. They may have services in house such as blood work, but you will find that all of these charges will fall under your deductible rather then your PCP and nobody mentions this as they kindly walk you over. Other interesting thing is when you go in for a a routine yearly check up and they administer test such as an diagnostic- surprise!- you will find that you will be billed now for a regular Dr. Visit and your copay applies. I found Dr Schaeffer to have an awesome disposition when talking to him. He was kind, understanding, funny and didnt stick his nose in my file while i droned on and on about my symptoms. He actually looked me in the eye, Human to Human. I liked this. I have passed his card along to my sister and her daughter and expect that they will fall in love with him just the same. The only draw-back; NO Sat hours! But it is awesome that I can go to either Cleveland (where I live) and Humble (where I work).
Doctor Hartig is a very caring doctor that I have been seeing for three years. I felt comfortable to have my wife change doctors and join me with Dr.Hartig.She is very detail minded with great bedside manner.I will have my teenage daughter start seeing her this summer.
