The billing department is horrible
What a Terrible way to do business. They send an 84 year old woman to collections for a $1795.00 doctor visit who by the way did nothing but hand her over to her primary care doctor who was already at the facility when she arrived, over a claim they submitted to the wrong insurance company. Shameful unnecessary stress added to people lives. You need to get your billing act together you scalpers.
As far as I know the Doctors are fine but they get a two star rating due to their administration, billing in particular. They send multiple bills for single visits, send bill late and when you get the bill it is confusing at best. When you call the people on the phone are little or no help. If you have any other option, avoid this group.
