Dr Yoon was difficult to reach and would not retun my voicemails for 6 days. My symptons have been ongoing for 4 months and I felt that his focus was not about my issue. He said he would review my test results and did not hear back for 7 days. Yer unprofessional and his diagnosis was completly wrong regarding my symptons. Switching to a new ENT doctor

My son, who has Autism went to see Nurse Practitioner Megan today, and she was amazing!! She listened to his concerns, explained what she was doing, and took her time with him. He is 22 yrs old and treated him with care and concern, addressing all of his questions. Everyone from the appointment scheduler to the front desk, to nurses, to check out, were so very kind and helpful. Our family would highly recommend this practice! Well worth the 45 min drive!!
