BEWARE. I called ahead to get a cost for my CBT ABD & PELV cost. I was quoted $804. After calling another provider, I decided on Gateway. Procedure/staff were fine. Received an additional bill for $390.52 (full charge was $620 minus $229.48 paid by insurance). This a huge “additional” charge that should have been disclosed to me as they had verified my benefits/out of of pocket costs ahead of time.
