Very clean facility. Very friendly staff. Absolutely a home feel. I really do appreciate the kindness and care the staff showed. From my follow up appointment to my actual appointment. They where Very knowledgeable.
Telephone scheduler was clueless and needs some training. My Mom was in a wheelchair and unable to stand up, which I shared with the scheduler. Didn’t matter, no communication with the actual facility. We arrive and the tech asks if she can stand. No, I say, and I explained that to the scheduler. Fortunately, Amanda was so helpful, friendly and understanding and she came up with the solution. Amanda at Fort Worth south on Harris Parkway turned a frustrating experience into a professionally handled situation.
Had two MRI’s performed at this location. Front desk staff is Amazing, friendly and efficient. The technicians were patient and provided my selection of music to help ease my anxiety. Highly recommend this facility.
Treated my mom really nicely easily in and out at appointment time less than 30 minutes
