the staff is very friendly and helpful and very professional. they get you in quick and take care of whatever you're there for and a very timely manner.
Staff does not do due diligence, then makes patient wait while they try to reach Dr. After wn hour waiting, I left.
I was referred by my allergist to Gateway Diagnostic Imaging for a CT and the experience was one of the best medical experiences I've had in a long time -- on time, friendly, super simple and quick! They explained the procedure really well, provided good appointment/location etc information and everyone I encountered in the 5 minutes it took was SUPER friendly.
The staff is amazing and very comforting.
Very nice staff, clean and welcoming.
Customer service is A+. Very welcoming as you come into office and explains your copays, deductible and the procedure(s) your doctor ordered.
