The staff is extremely helpful and gracious.
I had a very frustrating experience. I scheduled a CT scan, took time off work, and drove all the way to the facility. Before my appointment, I was sent a link to complete my information, and I uploaded my insurance card there as requested. Despite that, when I arrived, I was told they don’t accept my insurance. This should have been verified in advance, especially since I provided my insurance details beforehand. This lack of communication caused a complete waste of my time.

The service is excellent; I was treated with kindness and respect. Everything was explained carefully—both at the front desk and by the technician. They truly care about the patient's comfort. It is an excellent place, and I highly recommend it.
The WORST customer service and diagnostic reporting. Had a CT with and without contrast done 1. First report came back saying my gallbladder and appendix were normal…I DO NOT have either of those organs. 2. Asked for a second read by radiologist but they had the same person just provide an addendum. - surprise surprise the addendum updated for my gallbladder missing but apparently my appendix was still normal. 3.
