As a physician, have sent patients here for the last eight years and everyone, including me, has noted how patient oriented this organization is. It wasn't until immediate family needed prompt imaging and the customer service was phenomenal from the front window to the technicians to the radiologist taking time out to address my questions. Keep up the team work Gateway, it will pay off.
Everything was great from the scheduling to the reminder notifications to the staff and ultimately the one taking images. A wonderful experience!
