This company, aka Garceau Brothers, built an addition for us 8 yrs ago. A garage with a bedroom over it. It leaked from day one. After years of band-aide solutions and trying to blame the leaks on us, they admitted that they had not built it with the materials specified in the plan. But then they demanded $3,000 to fix it. We are getting it fixed, a much bigger job than they even know. We are out $15,000 and are waiting to see them in court. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid.
