7/18/25 today was my first appointment after I made 2 cancelations . It is a new Gen of dentistry I no longer hate dentists. The staff from the receptionist to the hygienist were all professional n caring . Shortly after I arrived the hygienist cleaned my teeth for an hour . I need a dental clearance for a medical operation the doc came in shortly after the hygienist finished. He reviewed my Quasimodo x-rays and examined my teeth, the poor guy . The hygienist here is fabulous, but watch the front desk. I arrived for a visit several months ago and was told upon arrival that my insurance was no longer accepted. Nothing had changed on my end. I had no choice but to leave and find a new dentist. Come to find out, Gateway refuses to release my records to my new dentist until I pay a $40 missed appointment charge. The kicker? Truly this dentist is not the best fit for me they have made my gums bleed every cleaning appointment and are very aggressive with the dental tools
Broke tooth, quick and professional service😁
First time at this office. Very hesitant with dental issues. Paula was very warm and welcoming. Dr Codjoe was funny and non judgemental. Put me at ease and I was very grateful. Overall excellent experience. Front desk person very friendly and professional. Thank you Gateway Dental!!
